All users of SnapJot are subject to the terms and conditions herein,
and applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions,
please do not use SnapJot.
1. Copyright
The content of SnapJot, including text, graphics, and source code
(it’s “contents”) are copyrighted as a collective work under the United
States and other copyright laws, and is the property of mediangray.com.
This may include work licensed by mediangray.com. Copyright 2016
mediangray.com, all rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution or
resale of SnapJot or its contents is prohibited, unless authorized by
mediangray.com.
2. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks or trade names of SnapJot are
trademarks, or registered trademarks, of mediangray.com.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
The SnapJot application is provided “as is” and without warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissable
pursuant to applicable law, mediangray.com disclaims all warranties,
express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement. mediangray.com does not represent or warrant that
SnapJot’s functionality will be error-free, that any defects will be
corrected, or is free from security defects. mediangray.com does not
make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of SnapJot in
terms of its correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness,
reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or
exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
4. Limitation of Liability
mediangray.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential
damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, SnapJot.
5. Term; Termination
These terms and condition are applicable to you upon using SnapJot.
These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by
mediangray.com at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to
Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and
Indemnifaction, shall survice any termination.
6. Participation Disclaimer
mediangray.com does not, and cannot, review the materials you create
and share with SnapJot, and is not in any manner responsible for the
content of those materials. You acknowledge that by providing you the
ability to create and distributed user-generated visual material, that
mediangray.com is acting merely as a passive conduit for such
distribution, and is not undertaking any obligation or liability
regarding the content of those materials.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mediangray.com, its
officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers
(Collectively known as the “Service Providers”) from and against all
losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’
fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any
activity related to your usage of SnapJot.
8. Third Parties
mediangray.com, and SnapJot, may use the services of third-parties for
activities including, but not restricted to, billing and analytics. mediangray.com
has no control over these third parties, all of which have separate
privacy policies and terms of service. They are used at your own risk.
